Update – 26th May
We are back working in our offices which means we are much more coordinated in our efforts to monitor our customer bookings. Unfortunately, in line with Government advice, we must operate a locked door policy and cannot accept visitors to our offices. We will advise when we can accept appointments in our offices as soon as we are able to.
Our phone lines are back open but please try and call us where absolutely necessary as we are using our lines to make calls to airlines and holiday companies to make amendments and chase refunds for affected clients.
We continue to respond to customer emails between 11am and 3pm on Monday to Friday.
We continue to work in departure date order coupled with working on information provided by our Tour Operator partners and airlines and we will call you when we have news that affects your booking.
If we have already advised you that your booking has been cancelled, we will have notified you of an approximate date you can expect a refund. We promise to actively monitor and chase refunds and as we have explained, we don’t hold any of our customer monies in our bank account.
The frustration for us and in turn you, our customer, is that all Tour Operators are operating different policy’s in terms of when they cancel bookings and also in the length of time they are taking in providing refunds. The situation is improving though as our suppliers bring staff back off furlough which has been a significant problem over the past couple of months.
Any queries should be forwarded to the branch where your booking is held. Please include the file reference number and departure date to help us to help you.
