Important Update - 4th April 2020

 

To our much valued customers

 

We are working with limited resources at this time and to give our remaining small team of workers a well earned break, we will be closed for the weekend.

 

From 6th April, we will be responding to emails between 11am and 3pm on Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We will be closed on weekends and these hours will apply until further notice - hopefully sooner rather than later.

 

Just to let you know that we're currently dealing with cancellations up to and including the end of April. We've been in contact with all of our customers whose holiday booking falls within this period.

 

If you have arrangements booked for May and June, please don't worry. You will be hearing from us in due course to update you with your options as and when news of affected travel plans reaches us. We will be working in departure date order and will usually forward an email to you first and intend to follow this up with a call. In between times, you should plan to travel as booked.

 

Please be assured of our best attentions all all times. We're proud of our track record in customer service and will continue to do our utmost to ensure our customers needs are taken care of.
