We don’t have to stick to U.S.A. we’ve done various multi-centre holidays including Thailand.

Today I booked a holiday that was visiting Las Vegas, San Francisco, Honolulu (Hawaii) and New York. This was a very exciting itinerary and I was glad to sink my teeth into it! As the couple were celebrating their 25th Wedding Anniversary I wanted to make sure it was everything they w
wanted and more! Initially the customer met with myself to discuss options.

I quickly learned both of these customers had been into other travel agencies in the area and were shocked to have had members of staff shrug and frown at the itinerary they were hoping for. They’d found us by chance walking past and noted that our shop window states we are ‘USA Specialists’. In order to calm my now concerned customers, I quickly reassured them this itinerary would be no problem and with that we got to work.

After suggesting San Diego, LA, San Fran, NYC and Hawaii my customers we left with a big decision to make! We talked through car hire or other options and we discussed what they wanted most out of their trip and went from there- deciding a few days in each ‘city’ and a week in Honolulu to relax would be best.

Here was the proposed itinerary:

3 nights in New York
3 nights in San Francisco
7 nights in Honolulu
5 nights in Las Vegas

My customer was given an approximate price to start with- from here we could twist and form the precise holiday they were after (with the costings changing with this). We soon added all transfers in to make this trip as easy as possible. As my customer needed to confirm the dates they could get off work they went away happy and stated they would return later in the week to book. Unfortunately the initial proposed dates were not an option with their place of work so they gave me the new dates through the telephone, and requested that I looked into them finishing in New York so they could make the most of shopping. I returned a new quote to them within the day.

New Itinerary:

5 nights Las Vegas
3 nights San Francisco
7 nights Honolulu
3 nights New York

Most of these flights were direct, and gave the customers the perfect itinerary they wanted for their trip. They came in to book today!

The benefits of booking through Andrew Earle’s are endless. My customer sat with me and discussed not only flights and hotels, but personal recommendations of restaurants and cocktail bars. I went through many excursions he could pre-book that I have personally tried or that other members of our team have. He was given a useful map for each city and offered any other help he needed. He will also be returning shortly for me to fill out his VISA applications at a cost of $14 (about £9) per person. This of course is the direct fee from ESTA VISA not us.
