Since then, it has become a tourist hot spot for history lovers and more commonly ‘foodies’.

I’ve just returned from my own holiday in Albuferia in Portugal. This is the second time I have visited this resort. The hotel I chose was the Parasio de Albuferia in the heart of the resort. This resort is great for both families and couples alike being only a short walk from both the ‘strip’ in the new town and the old town. I really love this resort with the many things it has to offer from aqua parks, zoo marine and various trips to explore the beautiful coast of the Algarve. I would highly recommend a trip to the Zoo Marine as they have all sorts of marine wildlife including the option to swim with a dolphin!

Disneyland Paris
Two of our travel lovers Sasha and Gemma recently visited one of the most favourable family resorts- Disneyland Paris. The trip itself was from the 6th October for 3 nights and included 4 adults/2 children. This blog will hopefully provide some useful advice for those hoping to visit the loveable Walt Disney world.

Sri Lanka
Before travelling to Sri Lanka my thoughts on the country was that it would be a little like India, having travelled many times to India I was prepared for poverty. How wrong could I be? This country often gets over looked for the likes of the Middle East or Caribbean, Sri Lanka has so much to offer from beautiful beaches, amazing temples, wildlife and safari’s, beautiful cities not to mention the stunning scenery of the tea plantations.
