Travelling to Bermuda is like stepping back in time about 50 years! Although the currency and location of the Island leads you to believe you are visiting somewhere American the actual fact is this is a British Overseas Territory and is like Britain used to be!

Polar Bear

If you are an animal lover like me you will love a trip like this. I was delighted to receive an enquiry from a lady who has been saving for many years to see the Polar Bears not in captivity but in their real environment.

I have put together a trip taking customers out on a trunda buggy to see the fascinating creatures the Polar bears. The trips start from Winnipeg in Canada and they only run in the months of Oct and November.

How about sticking to one state? As I did over Christmas- Florida. I spent 4 nights at St Petes Beach then one week in Orlando then a final 3 nights at Miami South Beach. This was the ultimate combination for those (like me) wanting to do a little beach with a bit of Disney/Universal. As pretty much all of my family (including relatives from USA) flew into Tampa or Orlando. This meant I had to be considerate of what other people within the party would like to do. We stayed in a hotel initially, then moved into a villa during our stay in Orlando (something I would definitely recommend for those with a big family!) then finally finished in a hotel in Miami.
