"Switzerland by train!

Hi Sam , I just wanted to  thank you for your help with the booking of this holiday and sorting out all the little queries we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Switzerland. Everything went really smoothly including the collection and return of our luggage.

The Tour Manager we had was lovely and the group we were in gelled really well. The itinerary was good and as the days went on and we became more confident with the way the transport worked , the itinerary became more flexible so we didn’t always have to stay with the main group all of the time.

The scenery of course more than lived up to our expectations.

The hotel we were in was very traditional and although was maybe a little tired in decor, the room was a good size and the buffet style breakfast and dinner was plentiful and very tasty with plenty of choice.

We have enjoyed two great holidays this year booked with your help, and hope to see you again soon to book something else.

Andrew Earle arranged our holiday in New Zealand earlier this year which resulted in us being in lockdown in Christchurch.

Andrew was beyond brilliant. He rang us daily, provided us with up to date information and kept us absolutely on the ball. We were quite happy to have remained, however he advised us to take a repatriation flight as we could have been there for months. We took his advice. If we hadn’t we would have still been there.

We landed at Heathrow with a couple we had met, unknown to Andrew, he had booked their flights.

We were met by Andrew at Heathrow, he drove us all back to Manchester where he had arranged for us to pick up our car from the Marriott Hotel which was by then closed. He had also sorted out our dog in kennels. Derek will be eternally grateful.

Andrew went that extra mile and beyond. If you want to book your holidays with a company that CARES about the service they provide book with Andrew. Gillian and

"South Africa

Hi Gemma,

Having recently returned from a 2 weeks holiday to South Africa we would like to say thankyou for all your help in organising the trip. As usual everything went according to plan. The hotels were all very good but the Mountain Inn at Eight Bells (near Mossel bay) was special.

All the flights and transfers were spot on as usual.

The highlight of the holiday was the 3 nights we spent on safari at the Kapama Game Reserve. The luxury room we had was out of this world with our own swimming pool where a variety of animals and birds came to drink whilst we lay on the sun loungers. We had 6 safari drives and saw 27 different animal species all pointed out to us by our very knowledgeable guide.

We also spent a couple of nights at Hazyview and had a day exploring the Blyde Canyon and the surrounding area; an area we would recommend to anyone visiting South Africa.

Thanks once again and we look forward to booking with you in the near future for our next holiday

Thanks also to Daniel who performed his usual mastery in looking after us. We were a little concerned about our initial plans to travel via Hong Kong and were really looking forward to our few days there (having only had a day visit on a cruise previously) but for peace of mind (given our age and Debs health) I think we made the right decision. 

We were delighted with Daniel’s help and Emirates response as the FCO had no ban on travel to HK. 

The trip had a couple of bumps which did not diminish from what was the best trip we have ever done.

Thanks so much for all the behind the scenes activity that make such trips go so apparently smoothly!

The hotel was fab. Brilliant pools, the hotel was spotless, the food was lovely, something different every night. The staff at the hotel made you feel so welcome especially the animation team who worked so hard everyday. We loved all the shows on an evening and the pool activities during the day. Lovely location the beach was stunning and a nice walk into Moro Jable (long walk about 50mins but all along the seafront)

"Thank you Daniel From a person who believed I could get the best deals online and I knew best when booking holidays, it all changed when a flight got cancelled and it cost us nearly a thousand pound to get home and only got a few hundred pounds off our insurance. I decided to try Andrew Earles as I didn't want this expensive problem again. Surprised yes, not only did you find us good flight times with a young child but your advice about the hotel was excellent and our larger than average double room was perfect. I would have taken weeks to find that deal and when I did look I couldn't get it cheaper and may not have chosen the same hotel. Lovely family holiday, so can you start looking again please. We wanted to explore the Great Barrier Reef and another company suggested we stay in a hotel in the city of Cains. Alison queried this and suggested we could stay in a studio on the beachfront at Port Douglas. Can’t wait! The level of service received from Sasha right from the first enquiry has been of the highest level. Upon first enquiry, it was discovered that the hotel availability & flight information was not yet available. Sasha assured us that tshe would put the hotel and flight on review and contact is when information became available and Sasha did exactly that. "Honeymoon In Barbados

My husband and I wanted to say a huge thank you to yourself for organising our holiday, the service you provided on behalf of Andrew Earles was first class and we would definitely use your services in the future.

The Sandals resort - there is only one word to describe this WOW! Our 12 night stay at Sandals Barbados (& Royal) was absolute 5* luxury from the moment we stepped off the mini bus right up until stepping back on it. We cannot fault one single thing about this place - the staff are some of the most friendly and helpful people we've ever had the experience of meeting, the restaurants are of Michelin star quality, the rooms are spacious and elegant and entertainment spot on. 

I could go on and on about all the little details that made our stay so special (including the chamapgne and chocolate dipped fruit in the room and the lovley breakfast brought to our balcony).

We are already dreaming about hopefully going back one day as it is our luxury destination!

We booked with Andrew Earles for a 4 day long weekend to Rome. As our outward bound flight to Rome was an early one, they prebooked us the night before at a hotel at the airport. We were also informed of roadworks around Manchester airport that could delay us. The hotel had parking included for our trip to Rome and this eased our worry over parking arrangements. The early morning flights meant we arrived in Rome in the morning making the most of the rest of our day. They organised transfers to and from Fiumincino which were prompt. The Savoy Hotel in the heart of Rome was absolutely lovely with a roof top terrace and restaurant. It was also a 10 minute walk to the Borghese Gardens and Gallery which had also prebooked a tour for us. Rome is a fascinating place and only 2.5 hours away from Manchester airport. The history and culture of Italy is so interesting. The forum, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Sistine Chapel, Piazza Navone, Piazza Popule - all walkable from the hotel. Also the city tour bus took us straight down the street that our hotel was on. We had no absolutely no worries or concern with the holiday and felt we had full confidence with Andrew Earles. We were impressed with their knowledge about the art and galleries to visit and recommended places that had never thought to visit. We will definitely book again and recommend Andrew Earles whole heartedly!

"60 Day Holiday

Hi,

Just a quick note to let you know of our amazing holiday . Dubai, Singapore, Bali and Australia

Dubai was unbelievable we did so much in a short space of time you could shop until you dropped in the Malls they certainly don't do small in the skyscraper buildings . It was immaculately clean everywhere you go Dubai was just jaw dropping certainly one to visit at a later date . The hotel Hilton Garden Inn Mall of Emirates was excellent in rooms very high standard breakfast was very good buffet style all you can eat and the location was fab approx 200 metres from shopping and restaurants .

Bali we got in and out thankfully although the place was only 10% full flights were not arriving from Australia whom they depend on for tourism . The people were very friendly they did pester you but they just wanted your money . I think Bali is like marmite you can love it or hate it we were in the middle the hotel Grand Mirage Resort again was excellent for location and beach and the restaurants were very good . It did see strange sunbathing and watching a volcano in the distance if you like thousands of motorcycles wizzing by with about 4 to 5 people on them this is for you was shocked to see 1 yr old children hanging on for dear life .

On way back from Australia we arrived at Singapore another amazing country so much to do the people were so friendly and helpful . Transport is very cheap even taxis are as long as you get ones with a meter some limousines will charge a fortune at a fixed price . The hotel Grand Copthorne Waterfront hotel again was 1st class and huge 30 floors we were on the14 th floor with amazing views overlooking the river and the city . The location again was very good plenty to see nearby we did visit Singapore Zoo which we highly recommend you must do boat trip the only way to see the Pandas amazing .

In between above we managed to squeeze in 50 days in Australia this was absolutely beyond our expectations obviously we stayed with our daughter and son in law and 2 grandchildren in Darwin .

We did absolutely loads I will be writing forever if I covered everything .

We did Kakado National Park about 2 hours south of Darwin it's massive you can fit 2/3 rds of Switzerland in it were on earth could you come face to face with crocodiles poisonous snakes and spiders in the wild unbelievable .

We also visited Brisbane sunshine coast stayed at Twin Rivers apartments certainly recommend them next to golf course Kangaroos eating grass metre away from your rooms . We also went to Brisbane Zoo Steve Irwin family own it would certainly recommend we had 30 mins with Koalas another off the tick list the good thing was you could interact with the other animals they encouraged it .

Darwin was hot temperature 34 to 40 deg heat and it is there wet season the monsoon came a week before we left did it rain they were catching fish on the roadside and water skiing down main streets think they had 300 mm of rain in a few hours I certainly won't complain about rain in this country agaiin . I could go on forever we had such a memorable adventure one we will never forget especially at Christmas were our youngest daughter surprised her big sister that was something else .

So to sum up hotels excellent flights excellent holiday excellent the only negative was transfers they were excellent with the exception of we did not get picked up from Singapore airport and I had to ring UK they apologised and said make your own way by taxi get receipt and claim back with yourself been the travel agent .

We would love to come in and see you to arrange our next adventure and give us some inspiration were to go next Abu Dhabi , Vietnam to start with .

Everything worked like clockwork from the excellent seats on the plane, the transfers and the the hotel and resort itself. (We also had lovely weather though I know you didn’t actually organize that!)

The Hotel Florida is in a superb location and the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. The TUI rep. (Garry) was also very pleasant, approachable and helpful.
